Contract Engineer for the Development of the Integrated IT System ZSI2

Pentacomp has been selected by the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship to act as the Contract Engineer for the project “Integrated IT System – IT tools supporting the management of the Małopolskie Voivodeship – phase II.” This important initiative develops modern IT tools that ensure efficient and effective regional management.

Scope of Support and Client Benefits

Our role will be to provide comprehensive support to the Office throughout the entire project implementation process. The scope includes both expert technical consultancy and supervision of the progress and quality of the work carried out by the ZSI2 System contractor. Pentacomp will be responsible for, among other things:

• checking the consistency and completeness of proposed solutions,

• verifying the system architecture,

• supervising the data migration process and integration with other systems,

• preparing and monitoring system tests.

An important part of our role is risk management and regular reporting of potential threats. We will also support the Office in conflict situations and during key project decisions. The client will gain the assurance that the implemented solutions are compliant with documentation and meet legal requirements.
