Strategic Development of the ICT System for 112
We have launched a new strategic project aimed at maintaining and developing the ICT System for Emergency Notification Centres (ST CPR). The project is being carried out in cooperation with our Consortium Partner on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration. This is a great honour and responsibility for us, which directly impacts the safety of all citizens.
What is the ICT Emergency Notification System?
The ICT System for Emergency Notification Centres (ST CPR) is a set of advanced devices and software responsible for receiving and handling emergency calls to the 112 number. Thanks to ST CPR, emergency reports can be received instantly, data on the location and circumstances of the incident is recorded, and information is immediately forwarded to the relevant services: Police, State Fire Service or Emergency Medical Services. The system operates in an isolated environment, which increases its security and reliability.
Scope of the Project
The scope of our project includes:
-
ensuring the continuity and stability of the entire system,
-
quick response to possible failures and their immediate removal,
-
development of new functionalities,
-
system reconfiguration in response to changing needs,
-
preparation of comprehensive technical documentation.
Public Safety Comes First
Ensuring the continuity of the ST CPR system is crucial for public safety. Every second of delay or system unavailability can have a real impact on the life and health of people waiting for emergency assistance. This is why constant monitoring, immediate incident response and the implementation of improvements that make it possible to handle emergency calls even more effectively are so important.
Thanks to our work, millions of citizens can be sure that the 112 number operates continuously, 24 hours a day, and that Emergency Notification Centre operators have reliable tools that allow them to react quickly and forward reports effectively to the appropriate services.
We are proud to be part of such an important project and to support the safety of people across the country by ensuring the reliability of systems on which so much depends in critical situations.
